Reservation request for a pitch:

RENTALS

A 20€ fee is to be added to our minimum rate per location. Ex: 2 weeks in high season : 2 x 232 + 20 = 484€.
Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday only in high season. Bed linen is not included.
Inventories on the first and last days of your stay.
A 200€ deposit is demanded. It will be given back after the inventory.
Deposits do not limit liability, clients have to be insured for civil liability.
Cleaning is not included in our rate, it is the client’s responsibility. Our facilities must be clean at the end of your stay.
In case of late arrival or early departure, the entirety of the planned stay will be charged.
Staying on the campsite implies the knowledge and acceptance of our rules and the commitment to abide by them.
One pet per rental maximum.

PITCHES

To enter, settle and stay on the campsite, discretion of the owner is mandatory.
Balance must be payed the day before departure.
Two pets per pitches maximum.
Domestic Animals: Certificate of Rabies Vaccine and identification papers must be presented. Dogs and cats must wear collars.
According to the 211-1 article from the “code rural”, and ministerial decrees, dogs of 1st category “chiens d’attaque” (pit-bulls) are forbidden.
2nd category dogs “chiens de garde et de défense” (rottweiler…) must be muzzled and held on a leash by a major (art. 211-5 C.R)
Dogs and other animals cannot be left free to roam, nor locked on the campsite without their responsible owners.
The rental of the pitch starts at 2pm and must be vacated before 12 noon. After this time, an extra night will be charged.
Users must refrain from making noises which might bother their neighbors. Sound devices have to be used consequently.
Silence must be perfect between 11 pm and 7 am.
Minors must be accompanied by their parents or legal tutors.
Rules are on display on the boards at the entrance of the campsite, of the reception, and on the sanitary facilities.
The Tribunal of Pau is the only competent entity in case of dispute.
